About the Journal
Al-Ḥukmiyah: Journal of Jurisprudence is a scholarly, peer-reviewed journal dedicated to advancing the study and understanding of Islamic jurisprudence and legal theory. Our mission is to provide a platform for exploring legal, ethical, and doctrinal issues within the framework of Islamic law, while fostering intellectual dialogue among scholars and legal practitioners globally. The journal aims to publish high-quality, original research addressing traditional and contemporary aspects of Islamic jurisprudence, legal theory, and related disciplines. We invite contributions that engage with classical sources and methodologies, as well as modern interpretations and applications of Islamic law in today's world.
